DiegoTech
Operations.

A browser-based operations application for a technology and IT services company: quotes, projects, dispatch, tickets, time and billing in one chain.

One chain, end to end.

A quote becomes a project, a project becomes scheduled visits, a visit becomes hours and materials, and those become an invoice — so “unbilled revenue” is a number the owner can see rather than a question for the bookkeeper.

Screens from a working installation loaded with sample records. Every company, contact, telephone number and figure in them is invented.

  • Modules from the sidebar: Dashboard · CRM · Quotes · Projects · Dispatch · Calendar · Work Orders · T&E · Billing · Reports · Knowledge · Administration.
  • True hours and billed hours are recorded as two separate numbers and stay separate, so rounding is visible rather than baked in.
  • Authorization lives in the database, not in the screens: the rules that decide who may accept a quote or log another technician’s work are enforced underneath every client.
  • A conversational assistant sits on top of it. See the DiegoTech Ops assistant.

Built and deployed for DiegoTech (2026). The application is private and is not linked.

Engagement type and the application itself. No client figures, no customer records, and no outcome claims — see how we describe our work.
