Automation / Onboarding

Test the workflow
before it acts.

Move from a scoped task to live operation with approval owners, controlled dry runs, and clear operating responsibilities.

The onboarding sequence.

  1. Discovery

Define what starts the work, what finishes it, which tools are involved, and where a person must decide.

  2. Configuration

Set scope, credentials, permitted actions, thresholds, and the channel that reaches the responsible operator.

  3. Training and dry runs

Walk representative inputs through the workflow. Hold outbound actions for review. Test missing data, rejected approvals, and unavailable systems.

  4. Go live

Enable the agreed workflow after review. Confirm who monitors the results, responds to alerts, and can pause the work.

Onboarding

Try the difficult cases
before turning it on.

Discovery, configuration, dry runs, then go-live. Dry runs use real workflows with every external action held for review, so the awkward cases surface before a customer sees one.

After activation.

Support

Agree the contact route, operating hours, and escalation process in the engagement.

Change control

Review rule or integration changes before they affect real actions.

Exit and export

Confirm how data is exported and the workflow is stopped when the engagement ends.
