Three categories, three engagement models: Website Development is a one-time build with a monthly option, Custom Applications are quoted per project, and AI Automation is a monthly subscription per bot. Website checks, ongoing search work and hosting all sit under Website Development.

IIWebsite Development

Website Development

A one-time build, or the same site paid monthly over 24 months. Standard hosting is included in all three tiers.

Launch

Website build

$1,500

one-time
or $100 / month × 24

A focused single-page website and contact form.

Discuss Launch

Business

Website build

$3,500

one-time
or $250 / month × 24

Up to seven pages, with an intake or quote form.

Discuss Business

Commerce

Website build

$5,500

one-time
or $350 / month × 24

Business scope plus commerce or a more involved quoting experience.

Discuss Commerce

Both columns buy the same site. The monthly option runs for 24 months; cancel before month 24 and the remaining build balance comes due. Standard hosting is included in all three tiers, at no separate charge, for the term your written quote sets. Your written quote sets the amounts, schedule, ownership and cancellation terms.

IIICustom Applications

Custom Applications

Custom Application

Starting from

$1,999

per project

Subject to specifics of the project. Final scope and price are agreed before work begins.

What shapes the quote

  • Workflow and user roles
  • Integrations and existing data
  • Testing, deployment and handover

Ongoing hosting and support are scoped separately.

Mobile app

Quoted per project

iOS and Android from one Expo codebase, alongside a web application.

IVAI Automation

AI Automation

Automation engagement terms

Automation engagements run for 12 months. You can cancel within the first month of your start date for any reason. After that first month, the term runs to completion. Website and application work is priced separately
and is not subject to this term.

There is no month-to-month option.

Standard

Catalog bot

$499

/ month per bot

Standard customer inquiry, office coordination and finance workflows.

Ongoing search work.

Part of Website Development, and optional — you can buy a site and none of this. Each tier is metered on the work performed: how many pages are covered, how many prompts are tracked, and how many approved changes are written and shipped each month. None of them bills you for a number you control, and none of them promises a ranking or an AI mention.

Watch

Territory

Starting from

$4,500

/ month

100+ pages, per-location prompt sets and reporting. Onboarding: $5,000.

Discuss Territory

What each tier actually gets you.

Watch · $299 / month

The measuring tier. You want to know where you stand before you commit budget to fixing it.

No onboarding. Month to month, cancel any time.

What the month actually contains:

  • Up to 25 pages tracked
  • A tracked set of 25 prompts
  • Run against ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews
  • A monthly review by a person, saying what moved and what to do next
  • No changes are shipped at this tier — Watch reports, it does not remediate

Because a $299 dashboard nobody reads is worth nothing. What you are buying is the person who looks at the movement each month and tells you which of it matters.

Presence · $1,250 / month

The first working tier. Suits one location with a focused service area.

Onboarding $1,500. Ninety-day minimum, then month to month.

What the month actually contains:

  • Up to 25 pages audited and maintained
  • Approved changes shipped every month — written, reviewed by you, then published
  • A before/after re-audit on the same ruleset, so the comparison is honest
  • 25 prompts tracked across the four engines
  • The competitor table and a monthly report

Because a report you have to act on yourself is a second job. Here the fixes are written and shipped, and the re-audit runs on the same rules as the first one so you can see what the work did.

Footprint · $2,500 / month

Four times the page coverage and four times the prompt set. Suits one location with a wide service mix, or a regional operator.

Onboarding $2,500. Ninety-day minimum, then month to month.

What the month actually contains:

  • Up to 100 pages audited and maintained
  • Approved changes shipped every month across the whole set
  • A before/after re-audit on the same ruleset
  • 100 prompts tracked across the four engines
  • The competitor table and a monthly report

Because a business with twelve services and three towns cannot be represented by 25 pages and 25 questions. The wider set is the point: it finds the services you are invisible for.

Territory · from $4,500 / month

Multi-location. Every location gets its own prompts, its own competitors and its own report.

Onboarding $5,000. Ninety-day minimum, then month to month.

What the month actually contains:

  • 100+ pages audited and maintained
  • Approved changes shipped every month, per location
  • A before/after re-audit on the same ruleset
  • Per-location prompt sets across the four engines
  • A competitor table and report for each location

Because a company with five branches has five different sets of competitors, and one blended number hides the branch that is losing. The monthly figure is a floor — it is quoted against your location count.

Presence, Footprint and Territory have a 90-day minimum, then month-to-month terms. Search onboarding is waived for a Coreshift-built website. The Territory monthly is a floor, quoted against your location count. Scope and measurement cadence are agreed before work begins.

Where the four engines come in.

The four engines, every tier

Every tracked prompt is run against ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews. A business can rank respectably on a results page and be named by none of the four, which is exactly the gap these tiers exist to find.

Two scores, never blended

SEO Health and AI Readiness are reported separately at every tier, on the same deterministic ruleset as the free audit. Every deducted point carries a rule ID and a URL, so a monthly report is checkable rather than reassuring.

Before and after, on the same ruleset

A re-audit is only evidence if it uses the rules the first one used. Presence and above re-run the same ruleset and show the two side by side. A score that moved because the scoring changed is not an improvement, and we do not present it as one.

What a tier does not buy

A position, a citation, a mention, or a revenue figure. The work is the content and technical changes we write, review with you and ship. What the engines do with them afterwards is theirs.

Hosting. Shared, or a server of your own.

Part of Website Development. Standard hosting is included in all three website tiers, so the figure below is the list price of what you are already getting rather than an extra line on the invoice. Premium is the upgrade.

Standard

Included in every tier · listed at

$39

/ month

A shared server. SSL, daily encrypted backups, monitoring, and up to 30 minutes of content edits each month.

Discuss standard hosting

Premium

Upgrade

$149

/ month

A dedicated AWS EC2 instance for your site alone. Everything standard includes, on a machine nothing else is running on.

Discuss premium hosting

What standard buys

Your site on a shared server: one machine running several sites, each isolated from the others. It is the right answer for a brochure site, a seven-page business site, and most stores — the site is not competing with anything for the machine in a way a visitor would notice. It is included in Launch, Business and Commerce, at the $39 / month list price, for the term your written quote sets.

What premium buys

A dedicated AWS EC2 instance, at $149 / month. The machine is yours: its CPU and memory are not shared, its instance size and region are chosen for your site, and it can be resized as the site grows. It is the right answer when the site is doing more than serving pages — a custom application behind it, a heavy catalog, a background job, or a compliance requirement that a shared machine cannot satisfy. What the instance is sized at is set in your written quote, not here.

What is the same either way

SSL, daily encrypted backups, monitoring, and the 30 minutes of monthly content edits. Moving between them is a migration we schedule with you; it is not a setting.

What neither one promises

An uptime figure, a page-speed number or a search position. Hosting prices cover defined work and defined inclusions. If you need a contractual availability commitment, say so during scoping and it gets quoted as its own thing.

VIA few things you might be wondering

A few things you might be wondering.

Do prices include third-party services?

Accounts such as a payments processor, phone provider, or business software subscription are named during scoping and normally remain on your billing.

Do you guarantee results?

Prices cover defined work, not rankings, AI citations, revenue, uptime, or time savings. We agree what will be delivered and how it will be tested.

Are payment options available for websites?

Yes. Each website tier has a monthly option over 24 months, shown beside the one-time price. Your agreement sets the payment schedule, ownership and cancellation terms.
